Shipping & Payment

Add items to your cart, fill in your shipping address, and tap "Send order on WhatsApp."Your order is sent to our team with a unique order ID. We'll reply with a UPI QR / payment link. Once payment is confirmed, we begin crafting.

Prepaid only. We accept UPI (any app — GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM) and direct bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS).

No Cash on Delivery. No card‑on‑delivery. No EMI.

Each piece is hand‑crocheted to order. Most bags take 7–10 working daysto complete after payment is received. Highly embellished pieces (e.g. Heritage Hampi) may take up to 21 days. We'll keep you posted on WhatsApp.

We ship across India via Delhivery / Bluedart. Standard charge is ₹150 per order, free above ₹8,000. Tracking number shared on WhatsApp once dispatched.

We don't offer returns or exchanges.Each piece is crafted to order, and many of our pieces are limited‑run. Please choose your colour and size carefully — message us on WhatsApp if you'd like a sizing reference photo with everyday objects before ordering.

If your piece arrives damaged in transit, message us with photos within 24 hours of delivery — we'll make it right.

ONAI is below the GST registration threshold; we don't charge GST on your order. Prices shown are final.
